1on1 Personal Training sessions are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals through weekly 50-minute sessions. As a client of BWC we will make sure we are keeping track of your vitals on a weekly basis such as blood pressure, weight, blood oximetry, & resting heart rate as we work you hard.
